This permanently parked RV is 36 feet long. It has a Full Bedroom, Living area with 2 fold down beds, a kitchen with eat in table area, and small bathroom. Step outside to the Covered Patio Area. The Fire pit with seating is just outside your door. Wood is chopped and ready for your evening fire. A Smores basket is set up with Marshmallow / hot dog sticks. Your RV is fully stocked and move in ready. All linens, dishes, cooking items are provided. Enjoy our Ranch and gardens!
This is a self contained RV parked in among the trees on our Ranch. The Fire pit is set up for nightly use. Camp Fire Dutch Oven cooking supplies are by the fire. Hot Dog sticks are provided as are marshmallows! A Small covered porch area is outside your door. This Cowboy Rodeo Retreat has all the comforts you would expect in an outfitted RV.
The RV is self contained and set up for private guest use. All linens, towels, bedding are provided and ready for your use. A Farm Style Swing set for adults and children is outside your door.
